Pathway Project
Welcome to our Pathway Project Building Program! This has been and continues to be an incredible journey of faith! God has been miraculously making a way in the sea and a path in the mighty waters for us!
Here are Some Things God Has Done:
God blessed with a $40,000 donation for land.
We prayed for a good property, 2-3 acres minimum. God provided 9 acres!
We prayed for a good location. God provided a great location on the edge of the rapidly expanding section of Orleans!
We prayed for a good price. God provided the land for only $225,000! (Seven acres across the street has listed for $1.1 million).
$18,000 in transfer taxes was not required.
The land was zoned residential and agricultural. The city united and re-zoned the land.
We prayed for direction. God provided a planner to guide us in the design based upon future ministry needs.
We prayed, and God provided a way for the $174,000 letter of credit.
After 2 years of negotiations, the Site Plan has been approved!
$50,000 has been donated as well as many smaller gifts.
Church members put up a fence, saving more than $20,000.
We prayed for a construction project manager, God provided a Godly man and a Christian company!
We prayed for sand, and the LORD provided sand on the other half of our property!
We excavated the sand, and prayed for clean fill for the 5 foot deep, 3 acre hole - God provided!
The grading is now complete and we are ready to build!
Our plan revisions are now complete, and we have building permit ready!
How Can You Help?
We are praying for gravel for the access road, the pad, cement for the foundation.
Estimates for the stone and foundation installed is $150,000.
Pray that the Lord will provide funds for construction.
Pray for the donation of materials, labourers, and financial support.
